Last updated: October 30, 2026
Luis Morales Legal PLLC ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form: your name, phone number, email address, your message and the service you ask about.
When you visit: your IP address, your browser type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and the campaign codes in the link you followed (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs).
Cookies
We use two cookies, kept for 90 days, to recognize your visit and the ad or link that brought you here. We also use Google and Meta analytics and advertising tools, which set their own cookies to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.
How we use your information
To answer your inquiry, contact you about your case, schedule appointments, measure our advertising and improve this website. Sending a form or a message does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our practice (website and case management hosting, and the provider that delivers our text messages), with Google and Meta to measure our ads (your email and phone are sent only in scrambled, hashed form), and when the law requires it.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Luis Morales Legal PLLC, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent solely to communicate with you about your inquiry and your case. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. We share this information only with the service provider that delivers our messages, and only to deliver them. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. For help, reply HELP, call 407-308-5004 or email contacto@luismoraleslegal.com.
Your choices
