Questions about prices
What does the price include?
Each service includes the work it describes, from start to finish. Before we start, we give you in writing what's included and what isn't.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Every service has a plan: a first payment and monthly payments. The total is the same as paying in full.
Do prices include government or court fees?
No. USCIS, court and third-party fees (translations, service of process, mediators) are paid separately. We tell you which ones apply before we start.
What if my case needs more work?
If something comes up that the price doesn't include, like a trial or an appeal, we explain it and give you the price in writing before doing it.
Why do some services say "price depends on your case"?
Because they vary a lot from case to case, like appeals. We give you the exact price, in writing, at the consultation.
How much is a consultation?
A consultation is $150. We review your situation and options, and give you the price of the service we recommend.
